Gift wrapping and packaging

BEFORE shipping an order we ensure that the items are not damaged & ALL items are in the package. All items are inspected by two members of our team BEFORE being placed in the box.

Gift wrapping is available on request for an extra cost.

More about returns/exchanges

If you would like to RETURN/EXCHANGE an item, please contact me through Etsy within 2 days upon receiving your order.
All returns/exchanges need to be approved by me before being sent back!
In case of RETURN, the buyer must pay all return shipping fees, in order to receive a refund. Once the item arrives with all accessories, I will give you the money back (except the shipping charges/fees and a restocking fee of 10%).

In case of EXCHANGE, the buyer must pay all shipping fees in order to receive an exchange. This includes: shipment postage to shop (MyGiulietta) for exchange and shipment postage for the new item to be shipped back to you. We will not be able to ship the new item(s) until we receive the old item(s).

UPGRADE shipping

To keep shipping costs low, the default-shipping method for small items is Priority Registered Mail and for large items is by parcel, in both cases with TRACKING but NO INSURANCE.
If you want INSURANCE you MUST contact me before you make your purchase. If you do not wish to purchase insurance, MyGiulietta will not assume responsibility for items lost/damaged or delayed by the post office during the shipping.

By paying an extra fee, you can have an UPGRADE to Expedited Priority delivery. Please, contact me BEFORE you purchase your item, to confirm the shipping fees.

Coupon Codes

Discounts and coupon codes must be used at the time of purchase and will not be refunded/credited after the purchase is complete. If you purchased with coupon, returns/exchanges are NOT accepted.

Size details

PLEASE ensure that the size provided for each product corresponds to your needs.
Read the entire description of the product. We are more than happy to help, so if you have questions do not hesitate to contact us either by phone or email.
Dresses are not meant to fit like regular store clothing. They are made out of UNIQUE FABRICS AND TEXTURES and they are designed for special occasions and NOT for everyday use. We recommend you to consider the unique aspect of materials.
Dresses and rompers have no allergic reactions on the skin because we use soft lace and quality cotton.
In case you want to change the length of an item or have a tier removed, please be advised that we DO NOT MAKE any changes to our products after they were purchased.

Care instructions

Care instructions vary according to fabric type.
For garments in silk, organza, beaded lace, chiffon and tulle, I strongly recommend professional dry cleaning or hand washing.
For garments in cotton, washing at low temperature (machine or hand) and sometimes a hot iron.
For garments in polyester, washing at low temperature (machine or hand) and a low temperature iron.
Fabric type is specified in every product description.
